Für die Fertigung
dieser Eigenmarke von Magna bekamen wir die Stahl-Unterkonstruktion mit 2
Achskörpern, sowie die 3D-Daten zur Verfügung gestellt. Anhand dieser Daten
frästen wir aus PU-Schaum die Karosserie, laminierten sie mit Epoxy-Laminat,
bereiteten den Untergrund vor und lackierten alle Teile lt. Farbvorgabe.
Besonders aufwändig waren die Fräsarbeiten der Scheinwerfer, die aus einem Plexiglasblock gefertigt und mit LED–Lichtern versehen wurden. Mit der Montage der von uns gefrästen Plexiglas-Scheiben und der Felgen inkl. Abdeckungen aus PU-Schaum war der Auftrag abgeschlossen.

For the production of this
private brand from Magna, we were provided with the steel substructure with 2
axle beams and the 3D data. On the basis of this data, we milled the body out
of polyurethane foam, laminated it with epoxy laminate, prepared the underlying
base and painted all parts according to the colour specifications.
The milling of the headlights, which were made out of a plexiglass block and provided with LED lights, was particularly sophisticated work. Following the installation of the plexiglass panes milled by us and the rims with covers made of polyurethane foam, the task was completed.

Для изготовления авто Magna Coupic нам предоставили в распоряжение внутреннюю
стальную конструкцию с двумя балками моста, а также данные в формате 3D. Согласно этим данным мы фрезеровали кузов из
полиуретановой пены, нанесли несколько слоев эпоксидного ламината, затем
грунтовали поверхность и покрыли лаком все детали согласно заказу.
Фрезерование автомобильных фар из органического стекла и оснащение их светодиодами было для нас очень трудоемким процессом. В завершении данного проекта мы установили фрезерованные нами боковые стекла, колесный обод, включая диски из полиуретановой пены.
